Biochemical Skills:

Practical training in a biochemical laboratory, involving pre-analytical and analytical techniques such as the determination of metabolic parameters of clinical chemistry, hormones, bone markers, vitamins, drug levels, protein electrophoresis, and the operation of automated biochemical analyzers.

Additional experience with Western Blot, ELISA, PCR, flow cytometry, DNA electrophoresis, and cell culture.

Analytical Techniques:

Quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, including HPLC, potentiometry, voltammetry, coulometry, titrations, gas chromatography, and spectroscopy (NMR, UV-Vis, IR).
