Laboratory of Organic Chemistry

My name is Michail-Georgios Chondrelis and I am a fourth-year student in the Department of Chemistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

My undergraduate thesis is titled: “Synthesis of 5-acyl derivatives of uracil as potential anticancer drugs” and is conducted under the supervision of Professor Athanasios Gkimizis.

My research interests focus on organic synthesis with applications in medicinal chemistry and biological processes.
