Laboratory of Organic Chemistry

My name is Phoebus Theodoropoulos and I am a fourth-year undergraduate student in the Department of Chemistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with an interest in the field of organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry.

My undergraduate thesis in the field of Organic Chemistry is titled: “Investigation of new synthetic pathways for the development of organic compounds with pharmacological interest,” under the supervision of Professor Dimitris Georgiadis.

My main objective through this work is to understand advanced techniques in organic synthesis and to become familiar with research methodology.
