Laboratory of Organic Chemistry

My name is Despoina Bakogianni and I am a fourth-year student in the Department of Chemistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

My undergraduate thesis is being carried out under the supervision of Assoc. Professor Viktoria Magrioti and is titled “Design and synthesis of organic compounds with pharmacological interest.”

My research interests focus on the field of Organic Chemistry, specifically on the synthesis of innovative drugs with biological applications.
